Our guest on the podcast this week is Dr Scott Mills. Scott is the creator of the Human Evolution System - a gentle approach to creating more resilience, abundance and joy in the lives of people. His work blends Eastern and Western approaches to train your brain to create more possibility. You can find him teaching on MindValley as well working with private clients around the world. He describes himself as a cross between Yoda and Bill Nye the science guy and for over 25 years he has been studying how humans really work and helping them find their path to freedom.
Listen in as Scott shares some deep insights into evolving ourselves as human beings through his work which offers a deep blend of eastern psychology to see yourself as whole, with nothing that needs fixing, and to build the capacity to drop into presence with other people.
