Shari is an innovative business strategist, executive leadership coach, bestselling author, speaker, former environmental scientist and horsewoman with over 25 years of experience.
Shari owns Jaeger2, a successful coaching and consulting firm, and is the author of two Amazon best sellers: "Reinventing Greatness," and, "Take the Reins!" She specializes in working with leaders in transition and business owners to build trust, gain clarity, and help them meet their big goals. She is a founding member of the Board for George Mason University’s Women in Business Initiative, serves on the Advisory Board for the Be the Change Foundation, the Steering Committee for Women in Technology's Women Business Owners, hold memberships with several Chambers of Commerce, and is a certified instructor through the Equine Experiential Education Association.
A life-long learner, Shari is dedicated to empowering human potential, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), and to the advancement of women in the workforce.
