Episode #78: Can women reimagine business and heal the corporate world? with Crina Ancuta

Can women reimagine business and heal the corporate world?

Our guest on the podcast this week is Crina Ancuta, a Leadership and Life Transformation coach and business consultant, with 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Crina empowers women executives to live fulfilled lives and amplify their impact, so they transform their organizations as inspirational, authentic leaders. Her unique approach to transformation taps into the fundamentals of effective leadership in today’s challenging world, whilst also ensuring her clients have the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual foundation to bring their best selves to work.

Today Crina and I discuss the challenges facing women leaders in very open and vulnerable ways. She shares her own real-life wisdom gained from many years of experience working in a large corporate organization including how she had to change herself to fit the bias towards masculine success. Crina speaks with a passion about the potential of women to heal our world, to reimagine what success means today as opposed to what we’ve inherited from previous generations. She also describes how we need to heal ourselves first through “innervism” before we can begin to heal the world through activism.

Listen in as we talk through how we stand on the shoulders of the many women who came before us, who fought for our generation, how we need to bring more humanity back into the workplace and we should all ask ourselves “how can we change the way we see power?”. Crina confesses to an obsession with healing that can take us on our own path towards radical honesty which is needed for us to become authentic. As she describes we cannot separate who we are, only complete integrity will take us into a more equal future.

If you are a woman, or you know, or work with one (and honestly who doesn’t?) then I encourage you to listen to this deep and resonant dialogue for insights. I suspect you’ll enjoy Crina's quiet presence and her perspective on what needs to happen for us all to reimagine a future that integrates more of the feminine, especially within business. And I daresay you’ll enjoy this conversation as much as I did.
