I think we can all agree that there are big changes afoot for all of us. As countries around the world continue to respond to Covid-19, as we realize the cost that the pandemic is having on our lives, not to mention our businesses, many of us are coming to the realization that if there is one thing we can count on in the future, it is change. The speed of change is accelerating and the scale of change seems to be unprecedented. These are big changes coming down the line fast.
From the individual to the collective, there are issues we need to address, and many of them are so glaringly obvious that it seems almost laughable that we haven’t brought them into the light before. Do you know what I mean?
If you are like many of my clients you may be feeling the need to gather together all the information and tools you possibly can to help you navigate the future, and this can be a useful thing to do, however I also want to point out the obvious, the answers we are looking for, the answers to the challenges that truly matter, don’t tend to lie outside of ourselves - they tend to lie within. I don’t
think we can sort through the chaos by trying to figure things out, I think we are being called to attend to these challenges with all that we’ve got.
These times are requesting that we become whole. We’re being asked to bring our entire energy field into the conversation, all of ourselves, the visible and invisible into the conversation. And we’re being asked to recognize that we are not only whole as individuals but that we are part of the whole of humanity too, interconnected in the web of life.
These are SACRED times for us to reflect deeply on the impact this is having on us, and what this means for ourselves and our work going forward. What changes if any, do you want to make? What does your life want from you? No matter what lies ahead, the world needs us to gently steer conversations, relationships, leadership and business towards empowering and regenerative ways of being. We are the Sacred Changemakers.
